So I totally forgot about one of my summer highlights- the RODEO- OAKLEY at that! :)

Why is it that: a harmless hangout with a longtime friend you haven't seen in a while turns into a quest for action, everyone at work has one opinion about your personal life, the Olive Garden started offering tummy aches rather than meals, it takes so long to achieve my dream:CPA, pressure at work can amount to more stress and insomnia than I thought, I didn't discover Quiznos Sammies before today, I don't get the work-life balance promised, vacations are too short and work is so long, parents do and don't want thier children to date at the same time, college was so short, MOST (not all) of my married friends think they have 'one-upped' the single girls, the only time/reason you are invited to an event is to bring a present, one set of grandparents believe it were better I marry my divorced ex-boyfriend than not at all, I have to do the jean dance with my dress pants, one pair of heels never last long enough, romance isn't sacred anymore, the SAME guy at church asks me out every week-denied each time, your long lost friend thinks it is a good idea to 'set' you up just because you're single, guys don't know date etiquette, my hero couldn't have stayed with me longer, summer doesn't last long enough, I get paid practically nothing for what I do and the hours I work, my oldest brother is no longer anyone's friend but his own, morning always comes too soon-just after I fall asleep, I don't have time to do the things I want to do, misquitos make me swell WAY beyond normal, a new outfit can make you feel like a million $dollars$, I have a half a closet and both my brothers have a whole, when you get a bonus at work it is taxes 45%, married girls decide to wear thier husbands shorts/pants-they do make those things in the women's section, everyone feels it is necessary to shove me towards the bouqet toss at EVERY wedding, people don't understand YOUR plan for YOURSELF is different than what they had in mind- and that is OK, friends rag on you for being smart/dedicated to your education-it's an accomplishment people, it hurts to sit longer than 10 minutes on a bike, both my knees are jacked at the age of 23, I like celebrity magazines, auditing can be exciting, I was the guinea pig of the family for practicing parenting skills, people hate you because of your natural skin tone-I was born with it stop!, my younger sister now thinks 'swing dancing' is for her generation, pedicures are now my therapy, everyone else "knows best" for you....

I don't know people- these things just are!

Labor day 2009 we went hiking! Me and two of my very best friends went hiking up the Timp Cave trail, and it kicked our butts!
